Specification: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in leadership and operational management. Strong background in the packaging industry, preferably with experience in gravure and offset printing. Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction. Broad knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing and production management practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong integrity and ethical standards. Proven ability to lead multi-national teams and cross-functional projects, with strong influence and leadership capabilities even without direct authority. Advanced change management skills with a proactive and strategic mindset. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams toward achieving business objectives.
