Operations Staff

Job objectives:

The Operations Staff is responsible to assist and support the retail and restaurant business operation, facilitate and coordinate business requirement for our retail sales boutique, Food & Beverage team, and create reports. Operations Staff will be working as liaison between our sales and F&B team with Sales Coordinator and Operation Manager to ease the whole business operations and its administrative needs. The Operations Staff will be working directly with Sales Coordinator under the supervision of Operations Manager.

Job Description:

Order management

Responsible on the efficiency and effectiveness on order process by working with the sales team and various department such as coordinating non-finished goods order for the business needs. Actively in communication with Sales Operations Coordinator.

Building & Maintenance Management

• Support building and maintenance project.

• Support directly to commercial channels on day-to-day maintenance needed.

• Supporting in house building and garden maintenance / technician

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major desirable 1 years working experience in administrative and orders management.

• Computer savvy and literate.

• Desirable experienced in Facility/Building Maintenance.

• Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

• A team-player with high level of dedication.

• Responsible and accountable with the task at hand.

• Strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate on Excel and Power Point.

• Good command in English.

• Pleasant personality and good grooming.

• Willing to be placed in Seminyak - Bali.
