Job Descriptions: • Implement tiered management of stores based on their classification (e.g. group buying, on-site promotions, cross-industry collaborations), and provide headquarters with recommendations for store promotions or demotions. • Monitor core operational metrics (foot traffic, cross-selling rate, conversion rate, average transaction value, break-even point, etc.) and oversee value-added services (store livestreaming, online operations), providing guidance and support to stores. • Develop store performance improvement plans, break down performance targets, and monitor task execution at each store location. • Oversee cost control and profit enhancement for stores, including loss prevention and cost optimization initiatives to improve profit margins. • Develop and distribute daily operational requirements for provincial stores based on the Store Operations Manual, and ensure timely implementation and verification by store managers. • Communicate headquarters' management directives, conduct store inspections, and ensure proper execution of standardized store operation procedures. • Handle daily operational issues and respond to urgent or emergency situations as required. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management or operations management within large multinational chain enterprises; proficient in Microsoft Office and related office software. • Strong ability to work under pressure, high sense of responsibility and initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong team management and negotiation skills; willingness to travel frequently. • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
