- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Packaging Development, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, structures, and performance testing methods
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including BPOM regulations and packaging compliance standards
- Experience in conducting packaging trials, evaluations, and durability testing
- Ability to create and assess packaging mock-ups (primary, secondary, and tertiary)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Capable of performing on-site proofing and working closely with suppliers
- Creative, innovative, and up-to-date with current skincare and packaging trends
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to join immediately
