Part-Time Teacher For Weekend Trial Classes (Cikarang, Cibinong, Cibubur & Greenlake (Choose 1))

Placement: Cibinong, Cikarang, Greenlake, and Cibubur

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekend trial classes for prospective students aged 2–6 years old.

• Plan and deliver fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate activities.

• Create a welcoming and engaging classroom atmosphere for children and parents.

• Observe children’s responses and provide feedback to parents and the team.

• Collaborate with the academic team to align trial activities with the school’s curriculum.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during class.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience teaching preschool or early years (experience in trial/demo classes is a plus).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with young children.

• Available to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

• Able to engage both children and parents during trial sessions.

• Able to attend minimal 4 times in a month.
  

Salary Scheme:

• Daily Fee: IDR 500,000/day (incl. transport)

• Incentive for Extra Days: IDR 50,000/day if working more than 4 days/month

ex : IDR 550,000/day for the 5th day and beyond within the same month

• Full Month Bonus: Additional IDR 500,000 if working all weekends in a month

• Estimated monthly earnings: IDR 2,000,000 – IDR 5,500,000
