Pastry/Barista/Cashier/Server/Operation Supervisor/Operation Manager

Job Requirements (Pastry):

• Pendidikan lulusan SMK/sederajat jurusan tata boga/pastry, dengan pengalaman kerja min 2 tahun sebagai staff pastry di Perusahaan F & B/Hotel, Cake/Chocolate/Pastry Shop.

• Pendidikan D3 perhotelan (food/pastry production) fresh graduate atau pengalaman kerja 1 tahun sebagai staff pastry di Perusahaan F & B/ Hotel, Cake/Chocolate/Pastry Shop.

• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai produk berbahan baku coklat.

• Berdomisili di area Bali

Job Requirements (Barista/Cashier/Server):

• Minimum of 1 Year of Experience as a barista, cashier, or server in an F&B company.

  • Barista: Male/Female

  • Cashier: Female

  • Server: Male/Female

• Well-groomed with a proportional appearance (minimum height: women 158 cm, men 165 cm).

• Able to communicate effectively and politely in a two-way manner.

• Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (preferably in Tourism or Hospitality).

• Domicile/Residing in Bali region. (Wajib berdomisili di Bali)

• Friendly and service-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Willing to be placed at any store location across our outlets.

Job Requirements (Operation Manager):
1. 5 years of experience or above in restaurant/ F & B operation management

2. Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Tourism/Management

3. Have a Deep understanding of operational management, budget management, analytic thinking to solve the problem.

4. Ability to lead a team, mentor, and communicate well.

5. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic situation.

6. Understand food quality standards, cleanliness, and food and beverage safety.

7. Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing in and English

8. High attention to detail and able to work proactively in facing operational challenges.

9. Experience in using Reptor/ESB system is preferred.

10. Domicile/Residing in Bali region.
