Job Descriptions

• Support patients throughout their end-to-end cashless hospital journey

• Guide and assist patients during their visits to partner hospitals

• Work closely with hospital teams to ensure excellent patient service

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations

• Complete operational reports accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in a healthcare-related field

• Previous experience in a hospital front office role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of hospital processes and patient flow

• Available to work in shifts

• Based in Jabodetabek (placement will follow operational needs)

• Open to employment under an outsourcing
