Job Description:





Monitor ongoing renovation projects.



Report any renovation issues and progress updates.



Maintain project timelines.



Coordinate preparations to ensure the restaurant is ready for operational opening.



Source vendors that align with the allocated budget.



Job Qualifications:





Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.



Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with hands-on site work and project supervision.



Basic proficiency in design and graphic software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.



Strong understanding of construction standards, design concepts, and technical drawings.



Familiarity with various building materials and their proper usage.



Excellent communication and time-management capabilities.



Preferably based in Depok area.
