- Minimum bachelor degree - Proven work in Leadership role with 7+ years hands-on experience - Minimum of 3 years experience in people management or lead a team - Proven and experienced as a articulate recruitment consultant / headhunter (will be a plus point) - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases - Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Someone that understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives - Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles - An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers - Strong supervisory and leadership skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. - Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
