Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments and reservations (tennis, salons, restaurants, etc.)

  • Search and book housing, hotels, rentals (short or long term)

  • Assist with tourist visa applications

  • Coordinate moves or relocations: assist with packing, coordinate staff help, call movers, and oversee basic logistics

  • Organize and track local errands: payments, pickups, deliveries, couriers

  • Make phone calls in Bahasa to clinics, banks, service providers, vendors

  • Organize and reschedule both personal and work-related meetings

  • Maintain basic lists, tables, and tools like Google Sheets, Notion, etc.

  • Draft simple step-by-step instructions or process notes when requested

  • Research and compare service providers and prices (e.g., rentals, printing, logistics)

  • Follow up on routine tasks and reminders to keep everything on track

  • Tasks may also be assigned directly by other team members, when needed

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI) with valid e-KTP

  • Based in Bali preferred

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Notion, WhatsApp, Gojek, Traveloka, etc.

  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously

  • Strong communication skills — including polite, professional writing and confident handling of calls, chat, and email

  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently

  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling personal or sensitive tasks

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

What We Offer:

  • Gross salary: IDR 5–8 million/month

  • Full legal employment with BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  • Flexible hybrid setup (remote + occasional offline tasks)

  • Support for onboarding and learning new tools

  • Initial 3-month fixed-term contract (PKWT), with the option to extend based on performance and mutual fit
