QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.

• Willing to travel for business trips when required.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate the Head of HR’s daily schedule and appointments.

• Arrange meetings, business trips, and travel itineraries.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines.

• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of HR.

• Accompany the Head of HR on business trips when necessary.
