Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and relationships with talents.

• Experience in livestreaming, entertainment, talent management, or related industries is a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Empathetic, supportive, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Job Description

• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to talents to help them grow and achieve their targets.

• Monitor and evaluate talent performance regularly through live sessions, reports, and check-ins.

• Ensure talents follow company guidelines, culture, and compliance standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, and Management) to address talent needs and issues.

• Create and share performance feedback reports and ensure transparent communication with talents.

• Motivate and encourage talents to maintain consistency in their livestreaming activities.

• Support onboarding, training, and development sessions for both new and existing talents.
