Piping Engineer & Piping Foreman

Requirements :

• Min. bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Piping Engineering, or related major (Spv) and min. high school or diploma (Foreman)

• Min. 3+ years experience in the same position

• Having knowledge in operationg AutoCAD, PDMS, Caesar-2/Auto-Pipe -Having knowledge on read also interpret isometric drawings, P&D, basic erection drawings, also installation, alignment, and basic inspection works knowledge.

Job Description SPV :

• Ensure all materials and equipment used for piping installations meet project standards and specifications

• Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve any design or technical issues that arise during installation

• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance and ensure work is executed efficiently and safely

• Provide reguler updates and report on the status of piping works to the construction superintendent

• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks with the team to ensure awareness of safety protocols

• Able to review, evaluate, and verify engineering drawings and technical documentation in detail

• Support the commissioning phase by ensuring that all mechanical piping systems are fully functional and meet operational requirements.

Foreman :

• Execute daily work planning and task delegates to fitters, welders, and helpers based on isometric drawing, spool maps, and work packages

• Oversee on-site pipe fabrication and installation activities including spool fit-up, pipe support erection, alligment, and field welds to meet dimensional tolerances

• Ensure material and tool readiness per issued MTO and coordinate with material control Coordinate with Supervisor to resolve any technical issues during installation.
