Prepare Pizza Dough and Ingredients: Mix, knead, and roll out pizza dough, and prepare sauces and toppings such as cheese, meats, and vegetables. ● Cook Pizzas: Place assembled pizzas in the oven, monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality. ● Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized according to food safety regulations. ● Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure that pizzas are prepared according to customer specifications. ● Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed to maintain stock levels. ● Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order completion. Required Skills and Qualifications

● Experience: Proven experience as a pizza maker or in a similar role in the food industry is preferred. ● Culinary Skills: Knowledge of pizza preparation and baking techniques, including the ability to follow standardized recipes. ● Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. ● Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift heavy items (up to 25 pounds). ● Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
