PPIC Supervisor

PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) Supervisor:
Manages the creation of master production schedules, coordinates raw material availability, and oversees inventory levels to ensure production efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Male, maximum 35 years old

2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering

3. Minimum 2 year of experience as PPIC Supervisor

4. Strong understanding of production planning and inventory control systems

5. Able to analyze production data and prepare reports

6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken

7. Minimum GPA 3.5

8. Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized

9. Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

1. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules (MPS) to meet sales demands while managing capacity.

2. Monitor raw material, sub-assembly, and finished goods inventory levels to prevent shortages (stockouts) or overstocking.

3. Collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and on-time delivery.

4. Analyze production yields, BOM (Bill of Materials) requirements, and historical data to identify improvements.

5. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance within the PPIC department.

6. Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
