Job Requirement : Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Machineries Engineering , Electrical Engineering or any major related. Hold Certification of Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is valuable. Experience:5+ Years as Procurement in middle managerial layer with good leadership and self starter. Experience in Manufacture is require, MNC is preferred, with end to end proven contribution of practice procurement Have experience and mastering difference handling system for non commercial products and consumable goods Fluent in English is mandatory Willing be base ar East Java Job Description : Execute the strategic sourcing strategy including the buying of goods, spend analysis, industry analysis, strategy development, strategy implementation and supplier relationship management Support the category manager in the development of the overall procurement strategy and the translation of the procurement strategy into concrete action plans Follow the set standards with respect to Procurement and ensure consistency with company's requirements and standards Conduct Vendor/Supplier Evaluation periodically to meet company needs Implement for company reduction program in circumstance of purchasing scope Relationship Management Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships Build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure understanding and compliance with key procurement strategies Negotiation Support negotiation activities in a structured and professional manner Participate / lead cross-functional teams to negotiate and implement improved operational and commercial supply outcomes for the business and customers Finance Measure performance against budgets and targets Track and report savings, support procure-to-pay process improvement within the Category area, monitor improvement as well as working capital improvement using the tracking tools in place Provide periodic and ad hoc reports and forecasts on performance against plan and KPIs
