REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or property development

Familiar with procurement systems (e.g., Xero)

Good knowledge of materials, suppliers, and pricing in the construction industry

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Able to work with project teams and coordinate with vendors

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Willing to travel to project sites or supplier locations when needed
