Responsibilities • Lead and manage the entire production process from pre-production to post-production. • Collaborate closely with the creative and brand teams to translate ideas into executable production plans. • Coordinate with internal and external production crews to ensure smooth execution. • Create, manage, and monitor production budgets and resource allocation. • Oversee project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Requirements • 3-4 years of experience in a Production House or Advertising Agency. • Strong technical understanding of video and photo production processes. • Proven ability to manage production timelines, budgets, and resources. • Skilled in coordinating internal and external production crews. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
