Product Designer / UI-UX Designer

Job description

Turn messy business problems into simple, usable product experiences. You will work from discovery and user flow through wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, validation, design systems, and developer handoff not just make the screen look nice.

Job requirements

1. Strong foundation in UX thinking, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and responsive design.

2. Proficient in Figma and comfortable creating reusable components, variants, prototypes, and design systems.

3. Portfolio showing your process: problem, constraints, exploration, decisions, and final outcome not only polished mockups.

4. Can turn requirements into user flows and identify missing states, edge cases, permissions, empty states, and errors.

5. Comfortable speaking with users or stakeholders and separating actual needs from requested features.

6. Understands enough frontend behavior to design realistic interfaces and collaborate effectively with engineers.

7. Open to using AI for research, ideation, synthesis, and production acceleration while preserving judgment and craft.

Responsibilities

1. Run lightweight discovery, clarify user problems, and map key workflows before designing screens.

2. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI for web and product experiences.

3. Build and maintain a coherent design system that helps the team ship faster without visual drift.

4. Validate designs with stakeholders or users and iterate based on evidence, not attachment to the first concept.

5. Work closely with engineers during implementation and review the final experience after it is built. Improve usability across existing products, including complex business workflows and data-heavy screens.

6. Document patterns and design decisions so quality scales beyond one designer.
