- Coordinate other department to support piloting's, establish proven method, which can be
produced in mass production.
- Together with the team to find the best method in pack out with budgeted cost.
- Active in internal and external communications to follow up all development aspects.
- Releasing internal documents, such as parts list, product specification
- Maintain the production quality by monitoring weekly test result.
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering
background
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Basic knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety
- Advance level on product development knowledge
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
- Willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
