Position: Product Management Intern

Job Description: Join our product team to support in driving user-centric innovations. You will assist in researching user needs, organizing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver impactful product features.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.

• Highly organized and able to think systematically across multiple product domains.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and integrity.

• Quick learner who can adapt fast and work under real execution targets.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Final-year student or graduate in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

• Strong storytelling and documentation skills—able to simplify complex ideas.

• Familiarity with basic product management tools (e.g., Figma, Jira/Trello, analytics dashboards).

• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or software development lifecycle (SDLC).
