Product Manager

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum education bachelor degree (S1) all majors, majoring in Informatics / Computer Science / Information Systems is more prioritized

• Three years of relevant product management, product owner, or business analysis experience in an agile software environment - mobile experience required

• Basic knowledge of web and native mobile software

• Strong time management skills

• Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to comfortably and effectively present to large groups of stakeholders

• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and Product Owner role

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative team in development of mobile UI for optimize user experience

• Pioneer scrum-of-scrums meeting for aiding all stakeholders while managing offshore development and QA resource using agile methodology

• Lead cross-fuctional team in pioneering the application/game download ecosystem with the implementation of java games and generating significant new revenue stream

• Design business logic for automation between services and tools to dynamically affect UX and drive KPIs

• Gather user feedback and develop objectives, KPIs, and targets to evaluate product and project success

• Improve monetization via UI and algorithmic optimizations

• Establish standards for system specifications to clearly communicate requirements and designs to development and QA teams

• Utilize SQL to support data-driven analysis and decision processes to inform project prioritization, assess feature effectiveness, and troubleshoot issues

• Lead cross-functional team in pioneering the application/game download ecosystem with the implementation of java games and generating significant new revenue stream
