Product Marketing Officer

EIGER Tropical Adventure is hiring Product Marketing Officer who is creative, data-driven, and passionate about delivering market-focused strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive product growth for EIGER Women & Kids.

Job Description:

· Plan and execute brand campaigns for the Women & Kids segment.

· Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

· Write clear, strategic, and actionable campaign briefs to guide internal and external teams.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Digital, R&D, Retail) to support integrated marketing initiatives.

· Manage campaign timelines and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour; provide data-driven insights and performance reports.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in product marketing, brand management, or the retail/FMCG industry. · Passionate about outdoor lifestyles and adventure culture.

· Experience in handling women-focused or family-oriented segments is a strong advantage.

· Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

· Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bandung area.
