Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Product/Brand Marketing Specialist to elevate our presence in the competitive beauty industry as manufacturer and supplier of cosmetic packaging. In this role, you will drive growth by developing high-impact sales tools, executing trend-driven brand activations, and transforming market insights into compelling content that generates demand.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and manage a suite of high-impact sales collateral and marketing materials to equip the sales team with the resources needed to close deals effectively.

• Conceptualize and execute a comprehensive brand activation campaign strategy and events that enhance brand visibility and deepen consumer engagement.

• Actively track and analyze the latest trends in the cosmetics and beauty industry, including cosmetic and beauty packaging, competitor launches, ingredient trends, and shifting consumer behaviors.

• Translate market research findings into actionable insights to guide product positioning and marketing messaging.

• Produce engaging content and support Events or ad-hoc marketing initiatives with creative copywriting and visual concepts, ensuring all content consistently reflects the brand's voice and aesthetic, tailored to resonate with our target audience.

• Collaborate closely with the other departments to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and to ensure that brand campaigns effectively generate demand and support the overall commercial strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven 1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG industries.

• Strong understanding of brand activation, event planning, and trade marketing.

• Proficient with Canva or Other Design Application

• Excellent eye for design and content creation trends.

• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
