Product Operation Associate Freelance (Jakarta Selatan)

Requirements - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome. - Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills. - Have a strong willingness to learn. - Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership and can-do attitude. - Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (SQL knowledge will be a plus point). - Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via verbal and written medium. - Having an interest in product management is a plus point. - Available to work for 6 days a week. Description - Provide Administrative Support. - Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. engineering, marketing and product teams. - Maintain new and existing products’ configurations or rules setup. - Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures Operational Support. - Provide product operational support to product managers. - Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders. - Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification problems. - Project support for specific features or products. - Provide support for specific projects and/or the smallest stream under the project. - Do testing based on references or checklists given by product managers and report the result as it is. - Document on how-to-use or product guidelines - include screenshot apps or landing pages based on guidelines or directions from product managers Provide Data Reporting. - Gather & collect necessary information or data for reporting. - Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight with the guideline or direction from product managers.
