Responsibilities: Assist the Sewing Production Manager in supervising sewing operations on the production floor. Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Train sewing operators to improve their skills and performance. Handle quality and production issues and take corrective actions when needed. Prepare simple daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the garment/textile industry. Good understanding of garment production processes and sewing machine operations. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Good knowledge of quality standards, productivity, and efficiency in the garment industry. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
