Production Staff

Role Objective:

To support smooth production operations through workforce scheduling, production monitoring, site surveys, SOP improvement, and acting as a backup Job Controller on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Administration & Workforce Control

• Prepare and update weekly work schedules for cleaners

• Record and summarize attendance, working hours, and daily production activities

• Compile concise reports related to QC findings, partner issues, and customer complaints

• Follow up on operational problems with the Supervisor or relevant teams

2. Production Monitoring

• Oversee daily production flow and progress

• Actively coordinate with partners, Customer Assistants, and QC to ensure smooth operations

• Create weekend reports based on production data, attendance, and issues

3. Production Area Survey

• Conduct customer site visits to assess equipment readiness, partner preparedness, and potential risks

• Provide field improvement suggestions to the Production Supervisor

4. Workflow & SOP Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies or issues in the current production workflow

• Propose improvements to SOP and production flow based on field observations

• Communicate SOP updates or changes to the Supervisor and relevant team members

5. Additional Role: Weekday Job Controller

• Act as the Job Controller on one weekday, responsible for:

  • Creating daily work plotting for partners

  • Ensuring partner readiness and equipment availability

  • Serving as a backup for the main Job Controller when unavailable

Qualifications:

• Experience in production, operations, logistics, or field team administration

• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and WhatsApp

• Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and able to respond quickly to problems

• Willing to act as backup Job Controller and handle urgent needs when required
