Production Supervisor

1. Supervise the production process and ensure that products are produced according to established quality and quantity standards. 
2. Schedule production and ensure that production runs according to plan and target. 
3. Manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure smooth production. 
4. Monitor product quality and ensure that products meet established quality standards. 
5. Resolve problems that arise during production and ensure that production is not disrupted. 
6. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, marketing, and other departments, to ensure smooth production. 
7. Monitor workplace safety and ensure that employees work in a safe and healthy environment. 
8. Monitor production efficiency and ensure that production runs effectively and efficiently. 
9. Develop production plans and ensure that production runs according to plan and target. 
10. Monitor production costs and ensure that production costs are within budget. 
11. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan (Jagakarsa) & Karawang.
