Programmer HRIS

What we’re looking for :
• 1–2 years of experience in full stack or web development, ideally within HRIS or enterprise applications.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Skilled in server-side programming using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or PHP (Laravel).
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and web architecture.
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience implementing secure login, file storage, and role-based access control.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and communication ability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable front-end & back-end systems for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) including modules for employee data, payroll, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features to automate HR workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code across both client and server layers.
• Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases for high performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams, AI engineers, and UI/UX designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Provide input for architectural decisions and tool selection for system scalability.
