Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree of Architect • 3-5 years of experience as an Architect / Project Architect • Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp • Strong understanding of construction drawings, architectural details, and technical specifications • Attention to details and problem solving skills • Able to work independently as well as in a team • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external parties Job Desk: • Review and ensure the quality and completeness of construction drawing • Coordinate design works with interior, structure, and MEP teams • Set & control project schedules • Prepare and calculate Bill of Quantities (BQ) for tender • Prepare & lead in architectural and interior tender process • Regularly visit projects and coordinate with contractor and other vendors • Ensure project implementation aligns with the approved design, specifications, and timeline
