- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. - Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers. - Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the EN Plating process by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs. - Collaborate with the production team & engineering team to optimize machine performance and minimize the downtime, ensuring that production targets are met. - Degree or Diploma certification in electrical, chemist or mechanical engineering or related filed. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EN Plating similar chemical processing environments. - Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office
