Job Description:





Coordinate and monitor projects to ensure timelines and quality targets are met





Streamline workflows and flag bottlenecks before they become issues



Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports



Support communication, follow-ups, and handovers between teams



Consolidate data and insights to support management decisions



Help ensure operational and administrative processes are well-organized



Requirements:





Graduate from a top-tier university



Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented



Strong interpersonal and communication and problem-solving skills



Comfortable working across different departments and managing varied types of projects



Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on processes while working with diverse stakeholders



High energy and unflinching work ethics



Interest in AI and digital tools for workflow optimization is a bonus
