Project Officer

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor projects to ensure timelines and quality targets are met

• Streamline workflows and flag bottlenecks before they become issues

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports

• Support communication, follow-ups, and handovers between teams

• Consolidate data and insights to support management decisions

• Help ensure operational and administrative processes are well-organized

Requirements:

• Graduate from a top-tier university

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal and communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working across different departments and managing varied types of projects

• Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on processes while working with diverse stakeholders

• High energy and unflinching work ethics

• Interest in AI and digital tools for workflow optimization is a bonus
