Project Officer

Project Officer:

Plans, executes, and monitors project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Male, maximum 30 years old

2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechine Engineering or Industrial Engineering

3. Minimum 1 year of experience as project officer

4. Able to analyze production data and prepare reports

5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken

6. Minimum GPA 3.5

7. Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized

8. Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with project proposals, defining tasks, and ensuring project goals are met.

2. Tracking progress, tracking budget expenditures, and preparing reports for management.

3. Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and serving as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.

4. Managing documentation, maintaining project files, and scheduling tasks.

5. Identifying, managing, and mitigating potential project risks.
