Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Project Sales, or B2B Sales, preferably in swimming pool equipment, building materials, or related industries.
Experienced in handling project clients, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and responsive.
Willing to visit project sites and attend client meetings.
