Prompt AI Trainer Intern

We are seeking a Prompt AI Trainer Intern to join our team and help deliver top-notch training for our Customer Service AI product. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about technology, loves improving processes, and can stay focused without getting easily bored. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for educating users on our AI software, ensuring they can maximize its potential in their customer service operations.

Requirements:

• Final-year students or fresh graduates with a background in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.

• A diligent and patient attitude, with the ability to remain focused and not easily bored.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough training.

• Naturally curious, with a passion for learning and improving existing processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.

• Able to work from our Yogyakarta office (WFO) with a flexible and collaborative approach.
