Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential properties based in Semarang. The role includes coordinating with tenants, managing maintenance work, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and acting as the main liaison between the property owner and all site activities. While the primary focus is residential units, the coordinator will also occasionally oversee other types of properties within the area.

This role requires someone with strong leadership, a good eye for building quality, and a proactive approach to resolving property-related issues.

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main coordinator and point of contact for the property owner, handling all matters related to property management - Supervise the overall condition of residential buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards - Monitor and manage garden and landscape upkeep to ensure clean, functional, and pleasant environments - Handle and resolve resident complaints professionally and efficiently - Coordinate and supervise maintenance work, vendors, and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, gardening) - Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and other legal documents related to property operations - Prepare and submit regular operational reports, maintenance updates, and financial overviews to the owner - Manage community-related matters such as cleanliness, security, utilities, and collection of community fees - Conduct regular inspections of the property and take corrective actions when necessary - Occasionally oversee other property units within the area as directed by the owner - Ensure the property is always ready for owner inspections or tenant turnover processes - Travel to other property locations under the same ownership when needed
