Psychologist Consultant (Part-Time/Per Visit)

About the Role

We are seeking a Psychologist Consultant to support our employees’ mental well-being and foster a healthy, balanced workplace culture. This role involves providing individual counseling sessions, conducting mental health talks, and collaborating with the HR team to promote holistic employee well-being.

The ideal candidate is a licensed psychologist with strong interpersonal skills, a deep sense of empathy, and experience in workplace mental health or counseling.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Employee Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to employees dealing with work-related stress, emotional challenges, or personal issues.

2.⁠ ⁠Well-Being Programs: Plan and conduct Mental Health Talks, workshops, or other psychoeducation activities on relevant topics (e.g., stress management, burnout prevention, emotional intelligence).

3.⁠ ⁠HR Collaboration: Partner with the HR / People & Culture team to provide psychological insights, support employee development initiatives, and recommend well-being strategies.

4.⁠ ⁠Crisis Response: Be available on-call or on standby to provide psychological support during urgent or sensitive situations.

5.⁠ ⁠Professional Ethics & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of psychological practice at all times.

Qualifications

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Master’s degree or Professional Psychologist license preferred).

2.⁠ ⁠Active practice license from HIMPSI or equivalent professional body.

3.⁠ ⁠Experience in counseling, organizational psychology, or employee assistance programs.

4.⁠ ⁠Strong communication and presentation skills.

5.⁠ ⁠Experience delivering mental health talks or training sessions is a plus.

6.⁠ ⁠Flexible and able to commit to in-office visits.
