What you’ll be doing day to day: Work with Public Relation (PR) manager to create Public Relation tactics based on strategy and annual plan Responsible for market-level PR tactics execution and follow-ups, PR budget implementation and ROI target based on the given PR budget Establish and maintain good relations with the media. Connect all the contacts throughout the year to optimize IKEA publicity coverage and monitor PR performance mainly in the market & share it with related stakeholders Cooperate with the PR responsible in IKEA North Asia to increase awareness and visibility of the IKEA brand and commercial messages through PR communication mix to reach the PR Value goal Cooperate with other marketing team to strengthen and safeguard the IKEA brand image in the market by securing good exposure to the IKEA brand Ensure the quality and timeliness of communication productions to meet the objective of each project. Work closely with agencies and all other business partners We want you to be a person who: Experience in Public Relations/Marketing field, customer-centric business. Retail experience is a plus Experience of creating and implementing long-term communication strategic plans, setting budgets and following up goals Experience with handling multiple projects at the same time with well time management. Ability to work with tight time schedules and used to high working pace Experience of managing and coordinating consumer and media events, managing crisis and issues Ability to communicate confidently and clearly both in Bahasa Indonesia and English Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Proven experience of working with/in PR agencies. Capability and experience to work on PR value and ROI to measure effectiveness and efficiency
