- Minimum SMA/SMK - Minimum 1 year experience in same position - Experience with the process of buying goods or services from abroad - Good communication & interpersonal skills - Good negotiating skills - Proficient in using Microsoft office & web-based systems - Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading & writing) - Good skill in English is an advantage - Able to work in a team or independently - Handle procurement and purchasing of tools, dies materials and goods for production or company needs - Responsible for all Inventory Data Transaction-Receiving, Issuing and monthly inventory reports - Ensure inventory transaction in system are updated timely and accurately
