PURCHASING

1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers, primarily from China, to ensure we have a consistent supply of high-quality products at competitive prices.

2. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.

3. Order Management: Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, and monitor their status from creation to delivery.

4. Supplier Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for international suppliers. This includes regular communication via email, phone, and messaging apps to manage orders, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.

5. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team and shipping agents to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese is a must. This is crucial for effective communication with our key suppliers.

• Proven experience in purchasing or a related field, preferably in the distribution or retail sector.

• Strong negotiation skills and a keen business sense.
