Purchasing Coordinator & Merchandiser

We are seeking a Procurement & Merchandising Lead to oversee vendor management, product sourcing, inventory control, and merchandising strategies to optimize product availability and sales performance. This role requires a balance of strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and creative product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for jewelry and related product categories.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to maximize cost efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across multiple channels.

• Coordinate product launch timelines and ensure merchandise readiness.

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to align product and brand direction.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in procurement and merchandising activities.

• Analyze sales performance data to improve product selection and vendor partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or related fields, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or retail.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Solid understanding of product lifecycle, from sourcing to sales optimization.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail merchandising practices.
