Responsibilities:

Ensure and coordinate the team to execute the agreed strategies.

Assist the Manager in monitoring the utilization of CAPEX and OPEX.

Monitor the overall international procurement team and their KPIs.

Support problem-solving initiatives within the team.

Report directly to the Manager.

Assist the Manager in managing the internal team.

Qualifications:

Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Experience in Purchasing or Garment Merchandising.

Willing to be placed in Central Java areas.
