Requirements:
• Minimum education: D3/S1 relevant to position
• Maximum age: 35–40 years (depending on position)
• Minimum experience 1–3 years in related field (higher for managerial positions)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work shifts (especially for operational, kitchen, and security roles)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office & basic reporting tools)
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Placement in Gosera Group operational units
Additional Requirements (by position scope):
• Operational, Chef, Engineering, IT, HR, Purchasing roles: prior hospitality/F&B experience is preferred
• Managerial positions: proven leadership and team management experience required
• Security: physically fit and disciplined with security awareness training (preferred)
