Kinderfield - Highfield School Bekasi is currently seeking professional for the immediate placement to fill the following position: Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end purchase and procure process for all division.

2. Establish a professional cooperation with vendors.

3. Representing the company when communicating with vendors.

4. Collaborate with Logistic Staff fulfilling logistic needs for events.

5. Maintaining vendor database.

6. Prepare all the documents needed when proposing purchasement.

7. Ensuring the quality when receiving goods or services.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in related field.

2. Proven experience in the same field for at least 1 (one) year.

3. English is a plus.

4. Computer and internet literate (MS Office, Google Suite).

5. Open-minded and creative.

6. Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
