Job Description: Create daily/weekly/monthly work plans for the QA/QC team. Prepare periodic (progress) reports on QA/QC team results to the QAQC Manager. Communicate and coordinate with other department teams to carry out QA/QC functions. Control and supervise the QA/QC team’s work both inside and outside the factory. Perform other tasks assigned by the QAQC Manager in line with responsibilities. Qualifications: Willing to be placed at Plant I (Tangerang, Banten), Plant II (Serang, Banten), or Plant IV (Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra). Proficient and skilled in operating Microsoft Office programs. Holds ISO 9001/ISO 14001 certification. Has experience as an ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor. Experience working in the ceramics industry (a plus). Holds training certification for measuring instrument calibration (a plus). Understands the concepts and implementation of Quality Control (QC), including: Product quality testing (raw materials, process, finished products). Quality control on production lines. Application of 5S and Kaizen. Use of measuring instruments and interpretation of measurement results. Documentation of inspection results and nonconformity reporting.
