Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, research and test the development of all products produced.

• Monitor & ensure that goods produced have quality that meets company standards.

• Verify product quality.

• Responsible for generating the defect report to the superior.

• Able to multitask and to complete the testing according to the timeline with minimal supervision.

• Give recommendations for reprocessing of low-quality products.

• Document inspections and tests on company products.

• Create analysis or historical records and product documentation that can be used for future reference.

• Familiar with task delegations, arranging work schedules and evaluating employee performance.

  Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma-3 in any field/major with Minimum GPA (IPK) 3.00/4.00

• Fluency in English both oral and written (Able to speak Mandarin will be plus point).

• Have good communication skills.

• Excellent personality with good attitude and integrity.

• Can work individually and as a team.

• A hard worker, detail-oriented, and possessing good interpersonal skills are required.

• Willing to be based in Serang - Banten.

  Mandatory Skills:

• For leader position, 2 years of experience as leader is required.

• At least 2 years of experience as Quality Assurance in Manufacturing will be preferred, specifically in plastic injection or or in any form of assembling department experience.

• Candidates should be able to adapt quickly in product testing (Previous experience in doing quality checking especially with luggage will be prioritized).
