Quality Assurance, Operations Auditor - SPX Express (Balikpapan)

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise inspectors in the region, and ensure standardized QA checking nationwide

• Maintain tools and guidelines related to QA Activities (tracker/report/checklist)

• Quality-related hypercare initiatives (region-based/nationwide)

• Monitoring all quality-checking activities 

• Innovate and short-term enhancement for better inspection results (report automation, utility calculator)

• Generate regular or ad-hoc reports, present findings to stakeholders

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders related to inspection validity or projects

• Engage with specific regional teams to facilitate quality/project implementation and fact-finding to address operations-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field.

• Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and/or SOP compliance.

• Coming from a logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background is a plus.

• Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow.

• Strong logic to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Have a continuous improvement mindset with good initiative and thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
