- Detailed Estimation: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including joinery, MEP, and architectural finishes. - Tender Management: Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare comprehensive commercial proposals. - Cost Analysis: Conduct price analysis and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. - Site Measurement: Perform on-site measurements to ensure quantities align with design drawings and actual conditions. - Variation Orders (VO): Identify, price, and manage any changes in scope (VO) during the construction phase to ensure fair billing. - Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and provide regular reports on budget vs. actual costs to the management.
