- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring a seamless candidate experience - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs - Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of the Manpower Planning MPP) targets - Monitor recruitment activities and address hiring-related issues to maintain process efficiency - Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations for final candidates - Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards - Contribute to HR-related projects and support the execution of broader strategic HR initiatives - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or relevant fields from a reputable university - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR, with proven exposure to recruitment for IT and Product functions - Good command of English is considered an advantage - Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software - Demonstrates adaptability, proactiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset - Preferably based in West Jakarta or Tangerang
