What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes
Maintain recruitment databases and talent pools
Support recruitment and employer branding activities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
1-2 years of recruitment experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing
